The Chief of the Fire Department is Steve Denning. Recently Brimfield Fire hosted a very special guest, Lee is a horse tree logger from Montana. Lee has travelled many miles using a trailer pulled by two 'Belgian Punch draft horses.' After traveling over 2,900 miles in a makeshift covered wagon pulled by draft horses, a very tired Lee the Horselogger has finally arrived on July 23rd, 2007, at Revere Beach, Massachusetts. Lee started out from East Glacier, Montana on August 9th, 2006 with only $75 and enough food for 2 weeks for himself, the horses (Tom & Max) and the two Great Pyrenees (Katie and Kerr-Mutt).
